About M. Randy Durnal
Mr. Durnal's experience is highlighted by a decade of law enforcement practiced in Arizona. He has conducted numerous seminars, consulted licensees, performed expert testimony and consulted for insurance carriers and attorneys both in the defense and plaintiffs portion regarding Liquor Liability cases and Violent Acts. To date, he has given over 500 depositions and provided testimony in numerous trials. As a former Liquor Control Officer he was assigned follow up investigation of alcohol-related accidents and violence cases to assure compliance with the state law and the operational procedures of the establishment as well as the applicable standard of care. Testimony was given under oath in both Civil and Criminal trials.
